REVIEW: Here’s a good example of my rating system at work.  Starfighter is not a very good film.  BUT if judged as an early 80’s, post Star Wars, Sci-Fi movie for kids, it’s fantastic.  It’s wish fulfillment to the point of being porn for 12yr old boys.  In this movie being good at a video game can get you drafted into an alien air force to fly a kick ass space ship, save the universe and then make out with your girl-next-doorfriend?  Shee-Yaa!
