TITLE: Demons

YEAR/RUNNING TIME: 1985/88 min

DIRECTOR: Lamberto Bava

STARRING: Garetta Garetta, Urbano Barberini

GENRE TAGS:  Horror, Demonic, Italian

SYNOPSIS:  I imagine Lamberto Bava sitting at breakfast one morning, and while chomping on a kick ass cranberry crepe, he thought to himself “Exorcist was pretty good…Dawn of the Dead was pretty good…Hmmm…” and in that instant, Demons was born. A new movie theater is opening up in Berlin and a big group of stereotypes show up for the premiere. They’re all watching a movie about demons when…guess what…Demons show up! Yup. Betcha didn’t see that one coming. Garetta Garetta gets all gooey and snarlsome, and before you know it the theater’s crawling with the forces of darkness and there’s no way out! It ranks highly on my G.C.C. scale…that’s Gory Crazy Creepy, the three things I look for in a good B-Horror picture.

TAGLINE: They will make cemeteries their cathedrals and the cities will be your tombs.
